Steven was very professional, called when he was on his way. Once service was completed he called to let me know exactly what the problem was. Original: The technician has come out 3 times since we bought the furnace and AC from them 2 and a half years ago, all for just service/inspections. I've been very pleased with the technician DeMarco Sanderson is easy to talk to, answers questions so I understand and is very professional. I'd love him to be the main technician that comes out in the future because he's very knowledgeable with what he does.

Update: Had a strange noise today, fixed quick and efficiently.
Update: Today he came out to install a Kool Kap to prevent debris from getting into the AC, and did a quick clean of the AC unit while he was here. Very appreciative!
